I an new here, and I thought I had seen packaged NPC's. Can anyone tell me where I can find them and how to download then.

Have you seen packaged NPC's on Simsnetwork? I dopn't think we have packaged NPC's but we do have packaged Sims that you can download for your game, you can find them >here<
